About the role

  • Program Manager overseeing program operations and delivery of energy efficiency programs at CLEAResult. Leading cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management and delivery of energy efficiency or demand-side management programs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for utility clients, implementation partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee program performance, ensuring goals, timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including operations, customer support, engineering, and field delivery resources.
  • Monitor program metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with program guidelines, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for continuous improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Support program planning activities, including forecasting, budgeting, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support program growth, enhancements, and new initiatives.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Experience in program management, project management, or a related operational role.
  • Experience managing client-facing programs, preferably in energy efficiency, utilities, sustainability, or public-sector services.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to clients or senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with CRM or program management systems is an asset.
  • A collaborative working style and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A strong desire to contribute to meaningful work that supports climate action and energy efficiency.
  • Experience working with underserved or marginalized populations is considered an asset.
