Senior Systems Developer automating operations for legal AI technology at Clio. Implementing integrative solutions across teams to enhance automation and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Identify opportunities for automation throughout the company and implement solutions that improve the velocity of Clions all over the globe.
This might include using Okta Workflows, Workato, or code.
Diving into an unknown technical system or business domains, and learning its idiosyncrasies and mechanisms to build robust and informed integrations around it.
Deploy and maintain infrastructure for our internal services using tools such as Terraform, Kubernetes, and AWS Lambda.
Continually grow and strive to push technical boundaries.
Partnering with other teams and departments across the org to understand their bottlenecks and pain points, and developing automations to solve for them.
Act as a mentor for junior members of the team.
Requirements
Practical experience with common Infra as Code tools such as Terraform.
Practical experience in at least two of the following: Ruby, Python, Bash/Shell, Golang
In depth knowledge in administration of common SaaS environments such as Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, etc.
Knowledge of modern MDM systems for both macOS and Windows.
Fluency in modern API standards such as REST and GraphQL - and authentication mechanisms commonly used in both.
Ability to leverage CI and CD platforms such as Github Actions, Buildkite, etc.
Practical familiarity with iPaaS tools such as Workato, Okta Workflows, or Boomi.
Experience with leveraging AI to increase velocity.
