About the role

Software Developer enhancing Clio’s monetization platform using AI and high quality code. Collaborating with various teams to drive impactful outcomes in the legal AI technology sector.

Responsibilities

Collaborating with your team and leveraging AI to enhance and improve Clio’s monetization platform by shipping high quality code, participating in technical decision making, and providing feedback on your peers’ work;
Collaborating with your team and stakeholders across the organization on diverse projects and driving towards impactful outcomes with high ownership and agency;
Supporting the teams that rely on CBS (other engineering teams, sales, support, marketing, finance) by diagnosing, explaining, and solving problems;
Teaching and learning - providing constructive feedback to those around you and growing from feedback you receive.

Experience in software development, specifically with building web applications at scale and Ruby on Rails
Experience integrating with Stripe Billing or another subscription/billing system, Salesforce, and/or Avatax
A keen interest in improving your craft by using AI
The ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems
The ability to effectively in a dynamic environment that includes distributed teams and customers
A portfolio of successful projects (as well as a collection of lessons learned from failed projects)
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with fellow Clions and customers.
