About the role

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain internal integrations using Retool and APIs (Slack, Notion, Gong, HubSpot, GitHub, Mixpanel, etc.)
- Design and ship clean, intuitive internal dashboards that drive executive and team decisions
- Partner with functional leaders to identify high-leverage automation opportunities
- Ensure data security, access controls, and responsible handling of sensitive information
- Consolidate data from multiple sources into clear, reliable internal reporting views
- Gradually evolve prototypes into more robust internal applications as needs mature
Requirements
- Experience working with APIs and integrating SaaS tools
- Working knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript
- Experience with (or strong interest in) Retool or similar low-code platforms
- Strong intuition for UI, data visualization, or dashboard design
- Comfort working cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders
- Clear understanding of data privacy and security best practices
- Bonus: Experience in RevOps, internal tooling, analytics, or startup environments.
