About the role
- Senior Implementation Specialist configuring employee share-plan platforms for Computershare. Testing systems, writing complex SQL, and supporting North American plan-management operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform plan platform configuration activities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on platform configurations
- Conduct testing of new and changed systems
- Monitor work-order ticket requests and respond to requestors in a timely manner
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and data needs
- Write complex SQL queries, including SELECT, JOINs, subqueries, CTEs, and window functions
- Identify data resources, tables, and relationships required to fulfill business requests
- Drive continuous improvement across the North America Plan Managers business
- Collaborate across departments and teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
- Previous experience in a role requiring technical proficiency of systems
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
- Medium to high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Well organized
- Solid understanding of technical systems and operational procedures supporting employee share plans
- Ability to apply technical and operational knowledge through on-the-job experience
