Responsibilities
This role is responsible for shaping and executing a clear product strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
Lead development of the Cloud Native product for 911 call handling.
Define product requirements in accordance with NENA 911 standards and customer requirements.
Attend customer meetings and identify feature requirements.
Manage the full product lifecycle.
Ensure development team deliverables meet documented requirements.
Track and manage the status of ongoing projects, communicating progress, risks, and decisions to management and stakeholders.
Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and business value; iterate and reprioritize improvements based on insights.
Requirements
Deep understanding of NENA 911 requirements, with experience delivering products compliant with NENA i2/i3 specifications.
Experience creating and deploying products in Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs).
Experience working with state public safety customers.
A solid understanding of core Cloud Native products is a plus.
Minimum 10 years of experience in software product lifecycle management.
Experience with Atlassian tools is required.
Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint is required.
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated with a high level of initiative.
Ability to maintain productivity across multiple concurrent projects/workstreams.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
