2+ years of hands-on security testing experience
Strong foundation in security testing in a variety of domains
Experience with performing security assessments
Knowledge of common attack frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, etc.)
Familiarity with automation and custom tool development
Understanding of social engineering principles
Relevant certifications (OSCP, CREST, etc.) are welcomed
Track record of finding and exploiting vulnerabilities
Experience writing detailed technical reports
History of responsible disclosure
Contributions to security tools or research
Evidence of continuous learning and skill development
Excellent written and verbal English – C1 for international applications
Creative problem-solving mindset
Strong documentation abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences
