- Build new features for our flagship product — the Cozey Operating System (COS)
- Create in-house tools and platforms to replace third-party solutions
- Develop AI agents to automate and streamline warehouse management workflows
- Collaborate closely with operations and product teams to identify pain points and rapidly launch impactful solutions
- Own projects end-to-end — from design and architecture to implementation and deployment
Requirements
- Extensive experience in strongly typed, object-oriented or TypeScript-like languages
- Experience designing, building, and evolving robust REST APIs
- Strong believer in testing culture – prioritizes unit and end-to-end testing
- Deep appreciation for clean code, code reviews, and documentation
- Passionate about solving real-world problems with scalable, maintainable solutions
- Experience with AWS (Serverless, SQS, SNS etc) is a nice to have
