About the role
- Special Projects Lead scaling AI agent deployments for Cresta’s enterprise customer-experience platform. Building operations, leading cross-functional initiatives, and growing deployment thought leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own weekly business reviews for the forward-deployed team, reporting on OKRs such as revenue and pilot-to-conversion performance
- Design an AI-powered “second brain” to centralize team know-how
- Establish documentation standards and drive accountability for subject-matter owners
- Develop internal tools and processes to enable scaling
- Support hiring-process scaling through funnel optimization and events
- Lead cross-functional projects across product, go-to-market, and operations, including deployment pattern synthesis, verticalization, and AI Agent product SKUs
- Seed key initiatives from idea to proof-of-concept, such as verticalization and Agent Academy for customers
- Grow the Cresta AI Agent and deployment brand through content and thought leadership, including blog posts, team spotlights, and deployment case studies
Requirements
- No playbook needed — you figure it out and move
- Equally at home developing strategy as building automations
- Strong operational background: built playbooks, pipelines, automations, and scaled operational processes
- 4–8 years of experience in a high-velocity environment; mix of builder/operator and strategic experience in business operations, strategy & operations, chief of staff, product strategy / operations, or another operator role at a fast-scaling tech company
- Exceptional communication, tailored to audiences at different levels
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
- AI-native or Agent-building experience
