About the role
- AI Solutions Engineer building agentic automations for CSC Generation, an AI-native holding company transforming omnichannel retail brands. Connecting APIs, marketing platforms, and data workflows to reduce manual work across its multi-brand portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Build, deploy, and scale AI-powered tools and automations across CSC Generation's portfolio of brands
- Begin in performance marketing and expand AI solutions into operations, creative, and logistics
- Build tools for image processing, feed optimization, content generation, reporting, and process streamlining
- Connect software systems and APIs to create scalable, integrated workflows across multiple brands
- Work directly with cross-departmental teams to identify manual processes and build AI-powered improvements
- Write Python and JavaScript scripts and design AI workflows using Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar tools
- Cross-connect data across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, content management systems, and image libraries
- Scale validated tools to additional brands
- Train non-technical teams and support sustained adoption and productivity gains
- Identify and prioritize high-impact automation opportunities based on ROI
- Report to the VP, Performance Marketing
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience building automations, integrations, or AI-powered tools in a marketing, e-commerce, or operations environment
- Proven experience building autonomous AI agents and architectures, including stateful, dynamic AI systems
- Strong working knowledge of LLMs such as Claude and ChatGPT
- Ability to design reliable, production-grade agentic workflows, prompts, and tool-calling schemas
- Comfortable writing Python and/or JavaScript to connect APIs, manage data pipelines, handle state, and build lightweight application layers for AI agents
- Experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, and Make
- Familiarity with digital marketing and e-commerce ecosystems, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Merchant Center
- Strong communication skills and ability to independently identify business friction, propose agentic solutions, and deliver with limited direction
- Experience with n8n specifically preferred
- Hands-on experience with MCP servers, LangChain, CrewAI, or similar agentic frameworks preferred
- Retail, DTC, or multi-brand e-commerce background preferred
- Experience training or onboarding non-technical users preferred
