About the role

  • Principal Technical Product Manager at DataStealth overseeing AI-driven Data Security and Posture Management. Responsible for strategy, product execution, and technical delivery in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the AI-First Data Security Platform
  • Drive autonomous and bot-driven capabilities in the solution
  • Champion an API-native, headless platform
  • Run discovery end to end
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Sales on go-to-market strategies
  • Write the specs, PRDs, and decision documents engineering builds on
  • Shape requirements for data discovery and posture across cloud providers
  • Own the requirements that let one platform ship as SaaS, PaaS, and on-prem
  • Shape integrations and the API surface for seamless operation

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience
  • Demonstrated business and customer ownership
  • Deep technical fluency
  • Firsthand experience shipping AI/ML or agentic features
  • Experience building security or data products
  • Cloud fluency
  • Exceptional written communication
  • Proven ability to influence senior engineers, executives, and customers
  • Deliberate use of agentic AI tooling
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment
  • Expert in Agile/Scrum methodologies
