About the role

Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the AI-First Data Security Platform
- Drive autonomous and bot-driven capabilities in the solution
- Champion an API-native, headless platform
- Run discovery end to end
- Partner with Product Marketing and Sales on go-to-market strategies
- Write the specs, PRDs, and decision documents engineering builds on
- Shape requirements for data discovery and posture across cloud providers
- Own the requirements that let one platform ship as SaaS, PaaS, and on-prem
- Shape integrations and the API surface for seamless operation
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience
- Demonstrated business and customer ownership
- Deep technical fluency
- Firsthand experience shipping AI/ML or agentic features
- Experience building security or data products
- Cloud fluency
- Exceptional written communication
- Proven ability to influence senior engineers, executives, and customers
- Deliberate use of agentic AI tooling
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment
- Expert in Agile/Scrum methodologies
