About the role
- Solutions Consultant guiding enterprise clients through API integrations and technical implementations for Deliverect’s restaurant and retail commerce platform. Advising executives, testing deployments, troubleshooting systems, and influencing product improvements.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex enterprise customer workflows and translate technical requirements into scalable implementations
- Lead deep-dive technical alignment sessions
- Guide clients on best practices, optimized integration architectures, and operational processes
- Serve as primary technical advisor to technical leads and C-suite executives
- Communicate technical concepts clearly across complex, multi-phased projects
- Share structured voice-of-customer feedback with Product and Engineering teams
- Identify product gaps and influence platform roadmaps
- Establish structure and priorities in ambiguous, high-pressure environments
- Plan and execute end-to-end systems testing
- Deliver tailored stakeholder training and ensure seamless deployments
- Troubleshoot complex integration, middleware, and API challenges using systems thinking and root-cause analysis
- Document and escalate platform bugs
- Optimize implementation frameworks and mentor junior team members
- Drive enterprise customer adoption, company growth, platform innovation, and long-term customer success
Requirements
- 3+ years of client-facing experience managing complex, multi-phased technical implementations or project lifecycles in a fast-paced SaaS environment
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, integration architectures, and developer documentation
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working proficiency or fluency in French or Spanish is an asset
- Proven ability to read, navigate, and architect solutions using complex API documentation
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, middleware systems, and token authentication
- Strong analytical aptitude and systematic evaluation of end-to-end data flows, platform dependencies, and system architectures
- Root-cause troubleshooting approach
- Superior verbal and written communication skills with comfort presenting to and influencing C-suite stakeholders and non-technical business leaders
- Proficiency with Python and Google Apps Scripts
- Comfort leveraging modern AI tooling
- Hands-on experience with Postman and Bruno
- Experience with Looker, BigQuery, and Grafana
- Hospitality, Retail, or E-commerce industry experience and familiarity with POS ecosystems are strong assets
