About the role
- Returns Clerk processing customer returns at Dentsply Sirona. Utilizing SAP systems and ensuring inventory organization within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Use SAP RF scanners/Computer to inbound products into inventory
- Verify product Item quantity and quality i.e. Expiry dates
- Ensure items prepared for Put away
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Communicate any discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and reading skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift certification is an asset
