About the role

  • Lead Systems Architect (Mechanical) responsible for end-to-end lifecycle of modular data centers. Innovating in AI infrastructure while collaborating with teams for optimal design and deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Aid the design team and manufacturing partners to optimize site-specific infrastructure across the thermal spectrum
  • Design mechanical systems tailored for NVIDIA GPU clusters
  • Lead design and fabrication of modular data center units
  • Act as the technical lead for vendor management to ensure alignment with deployment timelines
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure physical infrastructure supports complex network topologies
  • Oversee Level 4 and Level 5 commissioning for cooling, power, and compute synchronization

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering (PEng)
  • 7+ years of experience in data center or industrial modular design
  • Hands-on experience with Liquid Immersion tanks and Direct-to-Chip secondary loops
  • Understanding of traditional Air-Cooled psychrometrics and economization
  • Experience with modular fabrication plants or MEP skids
  • Understanding how rack-level switching and fiber management impact total system architecture
  • Comfortable traveling to manufacturing sites and project locations
