About the role
- Investment Assistant supporting advisors in securities account management at Desjardins Group. Handling administrative tasks and client communications to ensure high quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the necessary documentation for member and client meetings.
- Manage the advisors’ calendars and voicemail.
- Complete account openings, forms and securities transactions as directed by the advisor(s).
- Handle certain queries, perform the necessary research and propose solutions tailored to member and client needs.
- Take part in producing reports and statistics and preparing related documents.
Requirements
- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
