About the role

  • Revenue enablement lead designing technical training and onboarding for Docebo’s Professional Services teams. Liaising across Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations at an AI-powered learning platform.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver comprehensive enablement programs for Professional Services
  • Create onboarding for new hires and ongoing training for the Professional Services team
  • Develop training on technical skills, product knowledge, and communication strategies
  • Use backward planning to anticipate future enablement needs
  • Prepare training ahead of product launches and process changes
  • Drive initiatives to completion and prevent projects from stalling
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Professional Services and Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations
  • Communicate business changes and Professional Services needs across departments
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create structured training materials
  • Keep internal documentation, forms, and processes current and accessible
  • Lead training sessions and workshops
  • Establish weekly communications with Professional Services leadership
  • Provide project updates and discuss upcoming initiatives
  • Maintain a project management dashboard for visibility and accountability

Requirements

  • 3+ years in an enablement or learning and development role
  • Preferably experience focused on technical or post-sales teams
  • Ability to communicate complex topics clearly
  • Ability to facilitate engaging training sessions
  • Proactive, self-starting approach
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Methodical approach to project management and planning
  • Passion for enabling others and collaborative spirit
  • Demonstrated ability to complete projects
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work from the local office three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday)
