About the role

  • Senior Product Engineer building Angular and full-stack features for Docebo’s AI-powered learning platform. Owning product delivery end-to-end, from customer discovery and experimentation to scalable production software.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle of features from identifying problems through shipping solutions and measuring optimization opportunities
  • Originate product ideas from user conversations, analytics, and company strategy
  • Build MVPs, ship to production, iterate on feedback, and ensure ongoing product success
  • Lead the design, development, and scaling of Angular applications
  • Shape component architecture, state management, and design system decisions
  • Collaborate with backend teams using Go, Node.js, and Python to integrate APIs and deliver end-to-end experiences
  • Talk directly to users and participate in support rotations
  • Use product analytics and observability tools to understand feature usage
  • Instrument features, run experiments and A/B tests, define success metrics, and use data to guide decisions
  • Use AI-assisted development workflows to accelerate implementation
  • Champion front-end workflows, build tooling, testing, and component libraries
  • Ensure deployment is fast, safe, and reliable
  • Partner with Product, Design, and Testing to solve complex problems and deliver outcomes
  • Drive product decisions independently when appropriate
  • Mentor and coach developers on technical challenges and product thinking

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of full-stack experience, with a strong focus on front-end software development
  • Track record of building and shipping SaaS products end-to-end
  • Proficiency in Angular or a similar modern framework
  • Proficiency in TypeScript
  • Strong grasp of component architecture, state management such as NgRx, reactive patterns such as RxJS, and performance optimization
  • Working knowledge of Go, Node.js, and Python for API collaboration and full-stack tradeoffs
  • Fluency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex
  • Experience with product analytics tools such as PostHog, Amplitude, or Mixpanel
  • Comfort with experimentation, feature flags, and A/B testing
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and make sound product and technical decisions with incomplete information
  • Experience mentoring developers and collaborating across disciplines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to talk directly to customers
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Ability to work from the Toronto office three days per week, Tuesday through Thursday
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of application without current or future visa sponsorship
