About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide engineering services to the Operating departments
- Advise maintenance and operations groups on technical aspects
- Analyze equipment failures and implement engineering solutions
- Plan mechanical repairs and modifications
- Prepare major maintenance expenditure proposals
- Support a safe work environment
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering
- P. Eng. designation plus continuing courses
- 2-3 years as an Engineer
- At least one year in a Pulp or Paper Mill environment
- Continued exposure to new technology, equipment, and computerized drafting
