Industrial Millwright role at Agropur focusing on mechanical problem solving and equipment maintenance. Night shifts required with various responsibilities in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Night shift position - 10:30pm-7am
Reporting to Maintenance Supervisor, performing a variety of maintenance services
Analyze mechanical problems; provide quick and innovative solutions for equipment breakdowns by applying proven skills, diagnosing problems and carrying out the repairs in a timely and efficient manner
Perform inspections, preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance WO on all production equipment’s in an acceptable time frame
Other specific duties might be included
Requirements
Minimum grade 12 High School Diploma with valid Canadian Industrial Millwright License
Minimum 3-5 year experience working as Industrial Maintenance Millwright in Manufacturing
Experience with machining shop tools, Stick Welding and Oxyacetylene torch
Must be able to work efficiently in resolving urgent issues
Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, EMaint database system an asset)
Dairy processing experience an asset
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Must also be familiar with WHMIS, GMP’s and good health and safety work practices
Must have a positive “Can Do Attitude” and customer focus
Able to work various shifts
