About the role

  • Research Assistant at Eli Health supporting scientific publishing and research initiatives focused on hormone health. Collaborating with teams to produce rigorous scientific outputs and enhance product development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Eli’s scientific publishing efforts
  • Draft, edit, and prepare scientific documents for submission
  • Leverage AI and scientific research tools to support evidence synthesis
  • Support the end-to-end publication workflow
  • Work closely with Eli’s Medical Director and senior clinicians/scientists to ensure strong study design

Requirements

  • You are comfortable reading and dissecting peer-reviewed literature and assessing study quality.
  • You can translate complex research into structured summaries and well-written scientific content.
  • You spot inconsistencies, unsupported claims, and methodological weaknesses quickly.
  • You understand study design fundamentals and think critically about bias, sample size, and validity.
  • You’re excited about advancing hormone health through credible, evidence-based innovation.
  • Nice to Have: Experience supporting clinical or product validation studies;
  • Nice to Have: Familiarity with hormone research, biomarkers, diagnostics, or digital health;
  • Nice to Have: Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
