About the role

  • Advisor supporting financial, commercial, and administrative activities to optimize power assets. Engaging with contract management and stakeholder relations to ensure compliance and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Support all commercial matters that require escalation from the site level.
  • Contribute to long-range planning and strategy to optimize asset lifecycle, including input into financial models.
  • Coordinate value trade-off decisions and support information requests for asset expansions, acquisitions, or divestments.
  • Prepare and review new capital project cases.
  • Act as Contract Owner for revenue agreements, joint ventures, management agreements, and major service contracts ($1M+).
  • Ensure contractual obligations and deadlines are actively monitored and managed, including negotiation and resolution of new contracts and disputes.

Requirements

  • You hold a university degree and/or have related experience in finance, business, or engineering.
  • Have 4+ years of progressive experience in renewable commercial operations and/or asset portfolio management.
  • Display outstanding communication aptitude, both written and verbal, when interacting with internal and external partners.
  • Exhibit leadership in teamwork, gap analysis, and solutions delivery; able to influence others and drive recommendations.
  • Possess advanced planning, execution, and project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Adapt well to changing priorities and show a dedication to continuous improvement of processes, policies, and procedures.
