  • Prepare for client meetings and lead discussions while demonstrating technical expertise in generator engineering to execute projects independently.
  • Assist management with business opportunities, conferences, and training sessions, while interfacing with industry organizations such as EPRI.
  • Involved in field project execution, with travel requirements up to approximately 10-15%.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Degree (or higher) in Engineering.
  • 8-10+ years of proven experience in generator design, manufacturing, or service-related roles.
  • Proficiency in relevant engineering calculations, assessments, and analyses.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support projects and business development initiatives.
  • Professional Engineering licensure and advanced degree (preferred).
