Responsibilities
Responsible for delivering high-quality technical service within the designated territory and covering additional territories as required
Perform service on instruments and equipment efficiently and effectively
Demonstrate excellent proactive planning skills prior to service calls as well as strong follow-up
Maintain a high level of technical knowledge related to the described service activities
Act as a trusted advisor to Eppendorf customers by understanding their challenges and recommending solutions that provide a positive customer experience and meet their needs
Contribute to generating cross-sell opportunities by passing leads to colleagues responsible for product sales to help grow equipment sales
Responsible for managing spare parts inventory
Document and properly manage all work activities.
Requirements
College diploma (DEC) or equivalent from a two-year program at a college or technical school, or equivalent military training (an asset)
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and/or training; a combination of education and experience may be considered
Bilingual (verbal and written) in English and French preferred
Valid driver's license required and a clean driving record
Ability to travel by commercial air required.
