Responsibilities
- own the technical success of mission-critical Palantir engagements
- set the architectural direction on your primary account
- write production code alongside your team
- provide technical oversight across additional engagements
- translate ambiguous business problems into pragmatic Foundry/AIP solutions
- raise the bar on delivery quality by mentoring FDEs
- codify best practices and serve as the technical escalation point
- build trusted relationships with client executives
- scope new opportunities and lead architecture reviews
- deploy, configure, customize, and maintain production applications
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience delivering software or data solutions
- demonstrated experience leading and mentoring engineers on technical projects
- comfort owning the architectural and delivery health of more than one engagement at a time
- ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- excellent written and verbal communication
- deep understanding of data engineering principles and software architecture
- strong hands-on proficiency in Python and TypeScript
- experience delivering production solutions on complex enterprise data at scale
- adaptability and comfort with ambiguity while working on mission critical projects
- a post-secondary or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related field (preferred)
