About the role
- Senior Affiliate Manager scaling affiliate partnerships for EverAI’s AI companionship platform. Managing recruitment, performance, tracking, and conversion optimization across global markets.
Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and grow affiliate relationships, keeping affiliates informed and supported
- Oversee onboarding for new affiliates and ensure smooth integration into the affiliate program
- Monitor affiliate performance and report on traffic, conversions, and ROI
- Analyze affiliate results, identify improvement areas, optimize campaigns, and find scaling opportunities
- Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners
- Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide timely solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels and maximize conversion rates
- Regularly review and improve affiliate communication and management processes
- Report directly to the Head of Partnerships/Affiliation
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management
- Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics and strategies across SEO, media buying, and paid social channels
- Advanced competence with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting systems
- Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
- Ability to optimize processes for performance efficiency and ROI
- Perfect fluency in English
- Goal-oriented, ownership, and commitment
- Ability to balance execution, planning, and strategy in a fast-moving environment
- Willingness to learn and openness to feedback
- Adaptability and comfort reprioritizing quickly
- Comfortable advertising products based on uncensored models and content
- Experience with complex affiliate tracking systems, including postback S2S setup and ad servers
- Experience handling affiliate disputes, tracking issues, fraud, and volume drops
- Experience scaling affiliate programs from mid-size to enterprise level
- Knowledge of funnel optimization strategies and A/B testing
- Experience with subscription-based business models
- Familiarity with fraud prevention techniques
