About the role

Ingénieur(e) en géotechnique au sein d'EXP, responsable de projets en géotechnique au Québec. Collaborant avec des équipes pour développer des affaires et mener des études géotechniques variées.

Responsibilities

Act as the geotechnical project lead for the Bois-Francs and Centre-du-Québec regions.
Collaborate with professionals working in geotechnical and environmental studies.
Work with geotechnical professionals in EXP's offices across Quebec.
Prepare proposals and statements of service.
Plan and carry out the monitoring and execution of geotechnical studies involving drilling, soil and rock sampling, installation of wells and piezometers, in-situ testing, etc.
Prepare study and expert reports, including supervising the execution of laboratory testing programs.
Perform any other tasks related to the position.

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, geological engineering, mining engineering, or another relevant field.
Master's degree in geotechnical engineering (asset).
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
Basic knowledge of environmental matters (asset).
Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
Skills in conventional geotechnical engineering.
Knowledge of soil identification.
Possess an ASP construction card.
Valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation.
