Senior Technical Engineer needed for nuclear engineering contract in Pickering, ON. Requires 6 - 8 years experience and ECC systems knowledge.
About the role

Responsibilities
- Act as the geotechnical project lead for the Bois-Francs and Centre-du-Québec regions.
- Collaborate with professionals working in geotechnical and environmental studies.
- Work with geotechnical professionals in EXP's offices across Quebec.
- Prepare proposals and statements of service.
- Plan and carry out the monitoring and execution of geotechnical studies involving drilling, soil and rock sampling, installation of wells and piezometers, in-situ testing, etc.
- Prepare study and expert reports, including supervising the execution of laboratory testing programs.
- Perform any other tasks related to the position.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, geological engineering, mining engineering, or another relevant field.
- Master's degree in geotechnical engineering (asset).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
- Basic knowledge of environmental matters (asset).
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
- Skills in conventional geotechnical engineering.
- Knowledge of soil identification.
- Possess an ASP construction card.
- Valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation.
