About the role
- Spécialiste en amélioration continue accompagnant les équipes du Ministère dans l’optimisation de leurs processus. Mener des projets d'amélioration, offrir conseils stratégiques et gestion du changement.
Responsibilities
- Support Ministry teams in defining and executing their process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead one or more process review and optimization projects, according to established priorities, with support from the internal team.
- When required, provide strategic advice and guidance to the internal team on their projects or other related continuous improvement needs.
- Provide change management support and monitor the implementation of targeted projects.
- Advise process owners in identifying opportunities and recommend the most appropriate improvement strategy.
- Guide teams in using tools and methodologies relevant to process review.
- Prepare and facilitate working sessions with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Have five (5) years of experience in process review and improvement
- Have completed at least five (5) process improvement projects within the government sector
- Asset: Hold training and certification equivalent to Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
