About the role

  • Spécialiste en amélioration continue accompagnant les équipes du Ministère dans l’optimisation de leurs processus. Mener des projets d'amélioration, offrir conseils stratégiques et gestion du changement.

Responsibilities

  • Support Ministry teams in defining and executing their process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead one or more process review and optimization projects, according to established priorities, with support from the internal team.
  • When required, provide strategic advice and guidance to the internal team on their projects or other related continuous improvement needs.
  • Provide change management support and monitor the implementation of targeted projects.
  • Advise process owners in identifying opportunities and recommend the most appropriate improvement strategy.
  • Guide teams in using tools and methodologies relevant to process review.
  • Prepare and facilitate working sessions with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Have five (5) years of experience in process review and improvement
  • Have completed at least five (5) process improvement projects within the government sector
  • Asset: Hold training and certification equivalent to Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
