Responsibilities
- Ownership of industry related KPIs and provide data driven insights to help drive a positive business outcome
- Collaborate on presentations and projects with a focus on those insights
- Collect, clean, and manipulate datasets from multiple sources and ensure data integrity and reliability
- Develop and maintain data inputs, dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Excel and Power BI
- Perform in-depth analysis of business performance metrics including customer analytics and market trends
- Collects financial data and summary information for use in management reporting for executive level presentations
- Review results to identify key trends, variances, opportunities for continuous improvement, and measure financial results against targets
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis as required for in-depth Market Segment and Customer analysis
- Proactively identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
