Responsibilities
Assists in the efficient receiving, handling, labelling, and posting of all inbound shipments
Assists in the efficient put-away of all inbound shipments to their corresponding locations
Assists in maintaining inventory accuracy through efficient cycle count activities
Picks and replenishes all compounding requirements efficiently
Picks and packs finished goods efficiently
Ensures accuracy through manual checking of outbound shipments
Operates manual material handling equipment safely for all physical material movement within the facility
Assigns transportation couriers for all outbound shipments efficiently and cost-effectively
Maintains GxP standards as prescribed by the Company
Prepares reports/documentation of data to support KPIs
Requirements
High school diploma preferred
Previous warehouse/receiving experience required
Prior experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is an asset
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and handle fluctuating workloads
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to collaborate with all levels both inside and outside the organization
Basic knowledge of computer applications
