About the role

  • Director of Product scaling FutureFit AI’s AI-powered workforce-development platform. Leading product strategy, roadmaps, metrics, operations, and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a product team of four direct reports: three Senior TPMs and one Design Lead
  • Set goals, run 1:1s, provide craft feedback, and develop direct reports
  • Build operating norms, rituals, discovery rhythms, documentation standards, and craft expectations
  • Serve as escalation point for stakeholder, scope, and resourcing conflicts
  • Own and maintain an integrated roadmap across all product domains
  • Translate roadmap commitments into engineering, data, and design capacity plans
  • Partner with the VP of Engineering and VP of ML & AI on roadmap feasibility
  • Re-forecast and re-sequence priorities in response to contracts, compliance deadlines, and changing priorities
  • Run monthly stage gates, cross-functional GTM and CS syncs, and quarterly planning sessions
  • Own product meeting architecture and represent Product in company-wide and board-level updates
  • Own product metrics definitions, instrumentation, dashboards, and review cadence
  • Roll up domain metrics into a company-level view tied to lifetime wages over cost to serve
  • Maintain product operations tooling, templates, and processes
  • Maintain product strategy documents, OKRs, and EOS-style artifacts
  • Facilitate quarterly OKR refinement and align domain objectives with company strategy
  • Track workforce technology and AI-native competitive landscapes
  • Translate competitive intelligence into roadmap and positioning actions
  • Brief Sales, CS, and leadership before competitive deals or RFPs
  • Manage product relationships with engineering, data, GTM, CS, state agencies, and workforce intermediaries
  • Keep the CPO and executive team informed on product progress and priorities

Requirements

  • Experience managing PMs, TPMs, or designers directly
  • Experience owning a company-level product roadmap
  • Experience reconciling roadmaps against engineering and data capacity
  • Experience running recurring cross-functional planning, stage gates, executive updates, and board updates
  • Strong metrics fluency, including defining a metrics stack and review cadence
  • Experience translating strategy into OKRs, strategy decks, and roadmaps
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management across engineering, GTM/CS, and ideally enterprise or government customers
  • B2B SaaS, govtech, or workforce technology experience preferred
  • Experience with multi-stakeholder platforms is a strong plus
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada or the United States
  • Able to work EST/EDT business hours
  • Willing to undergo a background check if required
  • Willing to travel occasionally for offsites, conferences, and team gatherings
