About the role

FutureSight, a venture builder, seeks an applied AI co-founder to lead technical direction and build a new B2B AI company. Owning architecture, customer validation, fundraising, and team growth.

Responsibilities

Co-found and lead the technical direction of a new B2B AI venture from the ground up
Own problem framing, architecture, system design, and product judgment
Translate rough product intent into clear structure, context, constraints, and executable specifications
Build maintainable AI and agentic systems using modern tools and frontier models
Serve as the primary technical voice in early customer conversations
Understand real customer workflows and shape the product accordingly
Validate traction before scaling and prioritize team-building after product traction
Contribute to fundraising, investor conversations, and due diligence
Recruit and grow the technical team when appropriate
Establish the company’s technical and cultural foundation
Co-create with FutureSight’s cross-functional venture-building team

Proven track record of shipping AI products to real users under real-world constraints
Deep practical experience with frontier models, LLM-based systems, and agentic architectures
Strong system design instincts with a bias for simplicity and maintainability
Ability to translate messy product intent into clear structure, constraints, and specifications for humans and AI systems
Comfortable participating in customer conversations and using real workflows to shape products
Rigorous approach to verification, feedback loops, evaluation, and building trusted systems
Prior experience as a technical co-founder or early engineering leader
Founder mindset: energized by ambiguity and able to work independently
Willingness to commit fully to a full-time, exclusive venture-building partnership
Fundraising experience is a strong plus

Founder-level equity with meaningful ownership from inception, aligned across funding rounds
Founder-level authority, including co-decision rights on product, technology, hiring, fundraising, and strategy
Pre-seed capital committed by FutureSight for early hires and MVP development

Proven venture-building process and playbook
Embedded design, engineering, growth, and fundraising support from day one
Investor and advisor network across B2B AI and early-stage capital markets
Full-time, exclusive co-founder partnership with founder-level ownership and authority
