About the role

  • Lead the Workflow Solutions Engineering team at gaiia, specializing in network automation for telecom operators. Manage solution design and delivery while mentoring Solution Engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solution Engineers
  • Build and deliver network automation workflows
  • Own the solutioning pipeline
  • Run customer-facing discovery sessions
  • Build repeatable frameworks
  • Introduce operating rhythm to the team
  • Cross-train the team
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering squads, and Customer Success to advocate for tooling improvements

Requirements

  • at least five (5) years of experience in software development or technical solution engineering
  • at least two (2) years of experience leading or mentoring a team of technical professionals
  • experience building or configuring integrations and automations — APIs, webhooks, provisioning logic, or workflow engines
  • strong customer-facing communicator
  • ability to deal with uncertainty
  • process-oriented with a strong product mindset
