Responsibilities
- Manage tickets, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning to ensure the team consistently hits delivery timelines.
- Establish agile workflows, remove blockers for developers, and maintain a high velocity without compromising code quality.
- Work closely with product management and business stakeholders to translate roadmap goals into actionable technical tasks.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture.
- Drive technical decisions, solution architecture, and system design to ensure our platform is scalable, maintainable, and secure.
- Write clean, production-ready code for core features, critical bugs, and complex architectural foundations.
- Define engineering best practices, maintain testing standards, and manage technical debt proactively.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role (e.g., Tech Lead, Scrum Master, or Engineering Manager).
- Strong expertise in GoLang, Microservice Architecture, AWS/GCP and modern system design.
- Proven track record of managing sprint deliverables, estimation, tracking tools (Jira, Linear, GitHub Projects), and shipping software on time.
- Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical team members and bridge business requirements with execution.
- Must thrive in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments.
