Responsibilities
- Developing high-quality software using Python
- Creating, training, and testing various Machine Learning (ML) models from scratch
- Implementing Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve complex problems in the Life Sciences industry
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
- Troubleshooting and debugging code, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices
- Staying up-to-date with advancements in AI/ML research and development
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Python development (including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming)
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications in the Life Sciences industry
- Experience creating various ML models from scratch using popular libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Strong knowledge of machine learning concepts, including supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, and deep learning
- Familiarity with software development methodologies
- Experience working with version control systems (Git)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
