About the role
- AI Product Owner managing product success in Life Sciences technology solutions. Collaborating with stakeholders and driving project direction in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Defining clear product goals and objectives that align with broader organizational or business strategies and priorities
- Securing the necessary financial resources and budget for the product
- Approving project scope and requirements to ensure alignment with business needs
- Supporting the project manager in resolving issues, removing obstacles, and making key decisions
- Making high-level decisions that impact the project's direction, scope, or budget
- Championing the project by facilitating buy-in and support from senior management and other key stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in managing complex software development projects (Agile or Waterfall methodologies)
- Strong understanding of project management principles, best practices, and industry standards (PMP, Scrum Master)
- Experience with project management tools and technologies (Jira, ...)
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles, including design, development, testing, and deployment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., GxP, HIPAA) for projects targeting CROs and Pharmas
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their applications in Life Sciences
- Experience with AI/ML project planning, execution, and delivery
