About the role
- Software Test Specialist ensuring quality and reliability of access control plugins for Security Center. Collaborating in a hybrid environment focused on innovation and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Ensure software quality by participating in design and development phases, including creating and executing manual and automated tests
- Review feature acceptance criteria with developers and write test plans to validate them
- Perform various types of testing: functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end
- Validate interoperability between access control plugins and the Security Center platform (third-party system integrations, elevator control, asset management, key cabinets)
- Analyze, document, and track detected defects
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve regression coverage
- Propose and implement new tools and practices to enhance QA efficiency
- Collaborate with developers and contribute a usability- and testability-focused perspective
Requirements
- Proven experience in manual and/or automated software testing
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Very good written and verbal communication skills to clearly describe observed behaviors
- Fast learner with a strong sense of responsibility
- Team player with strong collaboration skills
- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
