About the role

  • Senior systems and process leader overseeing product-management tools, Lean improvement, data integrity, and contractor teams. GE Vernova advances electrification and lower-carbon energy worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of contractors responsible for product-management tools, systems, and governance processes
  • Facilitate integration of new system functionality with existing infrastructure
  • Collaborate with IT and contractors on development and maintenance of IBAT, DIB, and RISE
  • Identify and implement solutions to improve responsiveness, reduce lead times, and enhance quality
  • Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across Product Management
  • Partner with data owners to maintain a single source of truth and ensure data integrity
  • Support installed-base management and data quality
  • Facilitate regional engagement sessions and support operational rhythms
  • Coordinate stakeholders to align system capabilities with business objectives
  • Allocate team resources according to priorities and project timelines
  • Design and deliver training programs for IBAT and DIB proficiency
  • Support quarterly reporting and ad hoc installed-base requests
  • Provide analytics for strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Proven operational leadership experience, such as Senior Engineer, Technical Lead, or equivalent
  • Demonstrated success leading within a large, matrixed organization
  • 7–10 years of experience in Power Generation or a related field
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time, in compliance with company policies
  • Experience leading local and remote resources to close complex projects on time
  • Ability to navigate geographies, cultures, and relationships across organizational boundaries
  • Experience transforming processes using Lean techniques
  • Ability to solve complex problems with incomplete data
  • Ability to present analytical findings and recommendations to all organizational levels
  • Ability to set realistic objectives and proactively manage risks
  • Ability to build consensus and drive action from stakeholder and technical inputs
  • Experience with enterprise tools including RISE, IBAT, and DIB
