About the role

  • Ingénieur ou ingénieure en résidus miniers pour GHD à Montréal. Responsable de la gestion des projets liés aux résidus miniers.

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in the technical management and delivery of projects.
  • Contribute to project teams for tailings storage facilities.
  • Contribute to the development of client relationships at both the national and international level.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members at GHD.

Requirements

  • Hold a university degree in engineering; a graduate degree is an asset.
  • Experience in the design of mine tailings management structures, including the preparation and drafting of design reports.
  • More than 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Hold (or be in the process of obtaining) a professional engineering license and be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs (OIQ).
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is a strong asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dynamic individual, ready to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
