About the role

  • Senior Scrum Master guiding distributed software teams for an event technology and production company. Facilitating Agile delivery, dependencies, risks, and client collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Support Developers in managing Daily Scrum and adapting sprint plans
  • Identify and track blockers, address recurring delivery issues, and coordinate resolutions
  • Manage dependencies and risks across backend services, mobile APIs, AWS environments, and third-party integrations
  • Coordinate testing, integration, and delivery timelines
  • Monitor sprint progress, identify delivery risks, and support alignment with sprint goals and project priorities
  • Facilitate collaboration across distributed teams, technical stakeholders, and external clients
  • Identify process improvements, remove inefficiencies, and strengthen delivery practices
  • Support client-facing delivery in consulting or staff augmentation environments

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Scrum Master in software development teams
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum principles, Agile practices, and sprint management
  • Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting teams in achieving sprint goals
  • Demonstrated experience managing impediments, delivery risks, and technical dependencies
  • Experience working with cross-functional, distributed, and client-facing teams
  • Ability to coordinate with Developers, Tech Leads, QA, Project Managers, and client stakeholders
  • Experience in consulting, staff augmentation, or similar delivery models
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Ability to communicate effectively in international work environments
