About the role
- Senior full-stack PHP developer designing web applications and integrations. Supporting CRM, contact-center, and ERP automation for a global remote client.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect front-end and back-end software solutions
- Lead and perform software development aligned with business strategy and day-to-day priorities
- Develop new web applications for end users and support staff
- Perform integration work supporting automation and data needs for CRM, Contact Center, and ERP programs
- Lead technical collaboration within the technology organization
- Analyze data to support software releases and break-fix resolutions
- Support third-party solutions through data exchange, API work, and data management reviews
- Meet defined development performance metrics and track time, objectives, and outcomes
Requirements
- Proficient experience with PHP and Laravel
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Vue, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, MySQL, Git, and Bitbucket
- Experience with job management in RabbitMQ, WebSocket, SharedWorker, Node, and Ajax
- Strong understanding of MVC frameworks, CRM/ERP processes, and REST APIs
- Beginner-to-intermediate ability with Docker Compose, Docker Registry, Jenkins, and Allure
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and with team members
- Ability to perform functional, device, and browser testing before internal reviews
- Comfortable with the “solutions delivery person” role
- Self-driven
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar position
- English at least B2/C1
- Russian at least B2 preferred
- Candidates must be outside North America and India
- Immediate availability / notice period
