About the role

- Support the development team in delivering websites and web applications (Craft CMS, WordPress, Laravel);
- Drive innovation of new practices, processes and methods (AI, automations, etc.);
- Actively participate in code reviews and the continuous improvement of development practices;
- Work closely with frontend teams to ensure smooth integration;
- Ensure the performance, security and scalability of projects;
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of web development experience, including experience in a technical leadership role;
- Strong proficiency with Git and deployment environments;
- Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence, including LLMs (Large Language Models), their use cases and limitations;
- Understanding of core AI concepts (automation, agents, integrations, data flows);
- Experience with CI/CD environments (a significant asset);
