About the role
- Senior Estimator responsible for complete estimation processes in fire protection projects. Collaborating with team members to enhance efficiency and improve submission quality.
Responsibilities
- Analyze drawings, scopes of work and specifications
- Perform quantity takeoffs
- Assess costs (materials, labor, site conditions)
- Consider technical constraints related to system types and installation methods
- Prepare complete and competitive bids/submissions
- Identify risks, constraints and opportunities
- Understand project objectives and challenges
- Provide critical input on design optimization
- Ensure the accuracy of estimates
- Meet deadlines
- Participate in internal reviews
Requirements
- Significant experience in estimating (construction / mechanical / fire protection)
- Strong knowledge of fire protection and sprinkler systems, with an understanding of their design
- Excellent analytical skills and sound judgment
- Rigor, autonomy and strong organizational skills
- Comfortable using digital tools
