Responsibilities
- Oversee payment processing operations within the assigned market
- Ensure the smooth performance and availability of payment methods
- Identify, investigate, and escalate payment-related issues to relevant providers and internal teams
- Coordinate with customer support, marketing, and other stakeholders on payment processing requests and inquiries.
Requirements
- 3+ years as a billing/payments manager/specialist or similar role in online payments
- Confident in dealing with numbers and processing of financial/transactional information
- Advanced Excel and other MS Office software user
- Good understanding of online payments technical integrations, funnels, flows
- Experience in written and oral communication with foreign customers or partners
- Good understanding of payment and transactional systems and services.
