Responsibilities
Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for one or more of Harvey's core product areas, balancing short-term customer needs with long-term platform vision.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, fostering a high-performance culture grounded in customer empathy, analytical rigor, and speed of execution.
Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality, scalable product experiences that delight users and meet the demanding requirements of enterprise customers.
Engage directly with customers, Customer Success, and Sales to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities — translating those insights into high-impact product investments.
Drive alignment across senior stakeholders on trade-offs, sequencing, and resource allocation, communicating clearly at both the executive and working-team levels.
Establish and track key metrics for product adoption, engagement, and business impact, using data to inform prioritization and measure success.
Requirements
10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a people-management capacity leading product teams at a B2B SaaS company serving enterprise customers.
A track record of shipping high-quality products end-to-end, from discovery and definition through launch and iteration, in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and operate tactically — comfortable setting long-term vision while rolling up your sleeves to solve immediate customer problems.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience using data to drive decisions and the ability to articulate a clear product vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A technical background or strong technical fluency, enabling productive collaboration with engineering teams on complex system design and trade-offs.
Experience operating in high-growth environments where priorities shift quickly and the ability to navigate ambiguity is essential.
