About the role

  • Staff Product Manager owning strategy, roadmap, pricing, and adoption for Sprout Social’s Listening product. Driving social intelligence growth through cross-functional product and go-to-market leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, delivery, scaling, and roadmap of Sprout Social’s Listening product
  • Position Listening as a competitive advantage in the social intelligence market
  • Drive adoption across Sprout Social’s wider customer base
  • Partner with Engineering to deliver product investments and balance customer commitments with strategic goals
  • Collaborate with pricing and packaging to optimize pricing strategies
  • Work with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience to align product direction and go-to-market execution
  • Track customer pipeline, adoption, usage, competitive landscape, feedback, churn, and closed-lost drivers
  • Engage directly with customers and support internal customer escalations
  • Build stakeholder relationships across R&D and Sprout Social
  • Communicate progress, risks, challenges, and pivots
  • Lead product execution, research, delivery, release organization, and quarterly roadmap planning
  • Define success metrics and deliver measurable results on strategic initiatives
  • Shape Sprout Social’s product culture and mentor the next generation of product managers

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience in a B2B product-driven SaaS or Analytics environment
  • Proven success leading product growth in a multi-product portfolio company
  • Experience collaborating with product, design, engineering, and GTM leaders
  • Experience partnering with distributed engineering teams across different time zones
  • Ability to understand and navigate complex technical concepts, constraints, and trade-offs
  • Customer and market insight, continuous discovery, customer empathy, analytical and commercial acumen
  • Curiosity about rapidly changing social, software, and product-management landscapes
  • Passion for continuous improvement, hands-on learning, and experimentation
  • Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and project management skills
  • Must be based in Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario
  • Must be in the EST or CST timezone
