Responsibilities

Manage directly or through delegation, multiple software development teams focused on multiple product lines
Oversee all or part of analysis, quality assurance, software engineering, and project management efforts
Establish and communicate the strategic direction for the department and product lines
Ensure personnel understand expectations and are placed in appropriate roles
Communicate status of personnel, products, and projects with clear reports and metrics

Typically 12 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience
5 or more years of management experience
Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline
Master's degree or global equivalent a plus
