About the role

  • IFS Cloud FSM Analyst configuring and optimizing field service software for Henry Schein’s healthcare business. Training users, managing data, and supporting reporting and platform enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Configure IFS FSM modules including work orders, dispatch, inventory, mobile, and customer engagement
  • Manage and optimize FSM workflows, business rules, SLAs, and field technician processes
  • Translate service delivery needs into system configurations with IT and business stakeholders
  • Support UAT and configuration-related testing cycles
  • Develop and deliver end-user training programs in person, remotely, or self-guided
  • Create user manuals, process documentation, SOPs, and training materials for dispatchers, field technicians, and supervisors
  • Provide ongoing coaching and user support
  • Improve platform adoption and effective use as a change agent
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across asset, parts inventory, and customer data
  • Support report and dashboard creation using IFS tools or external platforms such as Power BI
  • Analyze system usage and user feedback to identify training gaps or configuration issues
  • Collaborate on platform enhancements, upgrades, and new module rollouts
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and work with IFS support or partners
  • Stay current on IFS Cloud updates, features, and best practices

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with IFS Field Service Management or similar FSM platforms
  • Experience configuring cloud-based ERP or FSM systems, ideally IFS Cloud
  • Experience using ClickLearn to create SOPs and training materials
  • Strong understanding of field service workflows, technician dispatching, and mobile operations
  • Experience with IFS Mobile Workforce Management or IFS Planning & Scheduling Optimization (PSO)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • ClickLearn platform within IFS Cloud
  • Formal Microsoft training in .NET and SQL Server
  • Understanding of technical data structures and relationships, including basic Transact-SQL knowledge
  • IFS Certified Specialist – FSM Module or similar credentials
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills
