Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in Project Management / Implementation roles.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise SaaS implementations end-to-end.
- Experience managing:
- - Cross-functional teams (consultants, technical teams, architects)
- - Client stakeholders and executive communication
- Strong experience in:
- - Risk mitigation and issue resolution
- - Multi-project management and prioritisation
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Proficiency in:
- - Microsoft Project (or equivalent)
- - Excel (tracking, reporting)
- - PowerPoint (presentations)
- NICE-TO-HAVE
- - Experience with EHSQ, compliance, or safety/quality systems.
- - Background in regulated industries (e.g. manufacturing, energy).
- - Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM tools.
