About the role
- Bilingual IT Administrator providing technical support to users in Montreal, Sherbrooke, and Cornwall. Resolving hardware issues and maintaining network infrastructure under the Regional IT Manager's guidance.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily technical support to end users across three locations
- Resolve desktop and hardware issues, assist with network problems
- Maintain local and wireless network infrastructure
- Monitor and support critical manufacturing systems
- Enforce IT security standards and document IT processes
Requirements
- Be fully bilingual both in French and English
- 2+ years of experience in IT support
- Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems and Office 365
- Knowledge of local and wireless network infrastructure
- Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing-critical systems
