Responsibilities
- The role involves handling L1, L2, L3 support and enhancement activities for RSA Archer. Responsibilities include working with Application Builder, Efficient Form Design, Calculated Fields, Access Control, Integration, Management Reporting, Advanced Workflow (AWF), Data Feeds ImportExport, and Data-Driven Events. Also requires understanding of Risk Management, Compliance Management, Audit Processes, and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
Requirements
- Knowledge of Archer and handling support and enhancement activities. Comfortable with L1, L2, L3 activities. Good communication. Strong understanding of Archer development environment including Application Builder, Efficient Form Design, and Calculated Fields. Familiarity with Archer back-office functionality such as Access Control, Integration, and Management Reporting. Strong experience with RSA Archer GRC platform configuration, Core Solutions (IRM modules), Advanced Workflow (AWF), Data Feeds ImportExport, Calculated Fields Data-Driven Events. Basic SQL knowledge for reporting and data analysis. Familiarity with APIs and integrations. Understanding of Risk Management, Compliance Management, Audit Processes, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
